Cranberry Relish

Simple is divine. Cranberry relish is simply divine. Paired with the mango chutney and stuffing, the world seems a little brighter. This recipe is nothing complex. In fact, it comes from the back of most fresh cranberry packages. But I feel it is necessary to post, because not everyone has tried cranberry relish. Try it, if you are not a fan of tart, add more sugar. If you like tart, decrease the sugar.

Cranberry Relish

  • 1 package of fresh cranberries (12 ounces)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sugar
  • 1 orange

In a blender, blend ingredients. Start with 1/2 cup of sugar and increase to desired sweetness. If you want a little more kick, add fresh orange zest.
